Floor-wise rates
Prices start from PKR 1.31 Million. Corner, boulevard-facing and prime-category units carry a 10% premium. Rates are subject to change, so always confirm the current price list before booking.
- Basement — PKR 20,000 per sq ft
- Ground Floor — PKR 50,000 per sq ft
- Mezzanine — PKR 30,000 per sq ft
- First Floor — PKR 25,000 per sq ft
The 4-year payment plan
The payment plan spreads the total price across 4 years: a booking down payment, a confirmation installment, monthly and quarterly installments, and a final possession payment at handover. This structure lets investors enter the project without paying the full amount upfront.
All payments must be made to the company's official account only — Subhan Estate & Developers never asks for payment to personal accounts.
